The use of constantly updated Ansys Polyflow software by our R&D designers ensures that each extrusion tool is optimally adapted to the requirements of the type of extruded profile and the client’s production standards.

Our comprehensive offer includes the design, production and maintenance of tools for extrusion of plastics. At the same time, we provide services in the field of electrical discharge machining, machining and finishing abrasive treatment.

The process of designing and manufacturing an extrusion tool conducted and supervised by the R&D Department is subject to compliance with the procedure under the integrated quality and environmental management system ISO9001 / ISO14001 implemented at the company.
